Strengthening & Grounding 


A yoga practice infused with the science of bio-mechanics, helping you to create change. Offering you more flexibility as well as tendon, ligament & muscle strength in a wise and informed way.

Moving slowly through poses, intentionally holding & contracting muscles regions that support offering more moving options.

This practice complements a regular practice and workout regime to help you to sustain movement overtime.
We close with a gentle 15-minute meditation. Making it the perfect combination of movement and pausing in the world of constant doing! Find calm here.
