As a plus-sized beginner with creaky joints, I’ve found Mojo’s to be a place I can be myself and learn to listen to my body. The 30-minute meditation classes have been a great addition to my weekly schedule – I can go back to the office afterwards refreshed and clear-minded. The instructors guide the yoga classes in a way that helps me not to be intimidated if I can’t do a pose “correctly.” I immediately felt embraced and part of the Mojo family from the first class.
