"Mojo's is an inclusive, comfortable, warm community. They offer affordable virtual online classes, and it's apparent that students and teachers at Mojo's form a true community. Regulars come religiously and students wait to thank instructors at the end of classes. It's beautiful. I'm new to yoga. I have wanted to try for years but felt intimidated. The minute I walked into Mojo's bright, airy studio I could feel the positive energy. The first yoga class I took was Lyndie's Gentle Hatha, and I can't get enough. Her guided meditations at the end of classes are gentle, encouraging, and intentional. I find the hour to be uplifting, exerting, and relaxing. I've also had the pleasure of taking Mary Jo's guided meditation classes and have enjoyed them immensely. Her 30-minute noon meditation is the perfect break in my new, weird, work-at-home day. Taking a mid-day break to realign my focus is one of my new favorite weekday routines. This sounds cheesy but it's true... I've found more than yoga and meditation at Mojo's - I've found a community. Mojo's has somehow helped make life feel a little more normal in such an abnormal time. Mojo's is filled with caring, skilled teachers and thankful, loyal students."
